What are Pages in Criya?

Criya is a powerful content creation platform that is built ont he foundations of our proprietary LLM to build business ready, customer ready collateral. Anywhere from landing pages, pitch decks, buyer landing spaces and business proposals, Criya's advanced AI content and design features help you go from 0 to 60 in just a few seconds. 

1. Creating a Page

• From Dashboard
  Once you're logged in, proceed to your Criya dashboard and you'll see a variety of templates in a scrolling carousel to help you get started
  
  
• From Workspace: From your navigation panel located on the left-hand side of the screen, head over to Workspace. Under here - you can either navigate into  a specific space (or folder) to create a new page inside here.
  • Click on the ADD NEW button 
    

Pages you can create:

• From a Template: You can choose from a wide variety of templates already available within the system to get you a headstart - such as pitch decks, 1-pagers, QBR decks. All of these tempaltes can be 100% modified so don't feel like you are stuck with it - it helps you get going faster than starting from scratch
  
  

• Start with a Blank Page: Alternatively, you may like to start with a blank canvas and build as you go or even just copy over from other existing pages - this is the best way to go!

2. Page Settings

Make sure to use the Page Settings to keep your pages organized and easily searchable. 

1. Setup your Page Name

2. Page URL is auto-generated, but can be modified

3. Setup the "Space" or "Folder" in which you want to place this page. Typically a "Space" is dedicated for grouping related content such as all the assets you want to share with a customer.

4. Update the Integrations section to indicate if you'd like this page to be tracked in Hubspot via the tracking code for your organization or your personal account. You can learn more about all our integrations on the Integration section of this knowledge base.

3. Turn any page into a Template

Under the Page Settings, you'l notice a toggle to allowing Duplication of this page as a template.

This means, if this is turned on, there will be a "duplicate page" button that will show up in the Footer of this page, beside the auto-generated QR code.

This will allow anyone viewing this page to duplicate this into their own Criya workspace.

4. QR Codes: 

Any document can be accessed by using a QR code displayed on the section. This way, if you're on the go or displaying this deck on a Zoom meeting or a presentation, your viewers can easily scan the code and view the content perfectly rendered within their mobile devices.

5. Page Visibility

Any of your pages can be shared depending on the permissions you grant. 

From keeping a page completely private which means only you get to access it, to making t public, or sharing with restrictions such as Email capture or Passwords - you have all the options you need to control the visibility of the page.

6. Collaborating with your Team

For those on the TEAMs plan, you can of now collaborate with your team to simply share content internally or even co-edit content together with complete control over who gets to edit with the right permissions.

7. Turn any page into into a presentation
On the Page dropdown, click on the three dots icon and select the Presentation option to change it then
