Hubspot - Tracking Code

One of the most seamless ways to take advantage of all the benefits of Criya content builder, is to integrate it with the Hubspot, so your marketing team has visibility into every public asset that is shared widely with visitors and across marketing campaigns.

Pre-requisite:

Configuring your Criya app domain in hubspot: 

This is typically done by the admin during the implementation of Criya in your organization. This is to ensure the domain (URL) that all pages and assets on Criya are recognized by your Hubspot account.

This will mean that if your Criya pages are generated with a domain name: https://yourname.criya.ai/product-deck, your Hubspot account will need to be configured to ensure yourname.criya.ai is tracked in your Hubspot.

On the TEAMS plan, all your accounts will be able to publish on to a common organization URL such as https://partners.yourcompany.com/product-deck. Hubspot for your organization will need to be configured to ensure all URLs that start from the root domain are tracked with the tracking code.

Hubspot Tracking Code:

Once your domain is configured, you can now copy paste your Hubspot tracking code into your Criya Integration settings. To do so:

1. Go to Settings > Integration > Hubspot

2. Click the Connect button and open Hubspot integration settings.

3. Copy and paste the tracker code here.

4. Click SAVE.

5. Once this is saved, by default, hubspot tracker is enabled on every page. You can disable this setting for individual pages by updating the “Track on Hubspot” toggle in Page settings.

Control Tracking on a Page-level

1. By default, hubspot tracker is enabled on every page. You can disable this setting for individual pages by updating the “Track on Hubspot” toggle in Page settings.

2. For assets you do not want tracked on Hubspot, you can simply toggle this setting off in 1-click.
