Understanding Analytics Overview

Criya offers a convenient at-a-glance view of your content's performance metrics directly on the Workspace homepage. Here's what you'll find:

  • Total Page Visits: Tracks the total number of visits to your website within specified timeframes (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 90 days).

  • Interactive Graph: Hover over specific data points on the graph to reveal additional details about each visit, such as date, page name, visitor location, and more.

Page Visit Logs

1. This will give you a detailed breakdown on each visit to your pages across the board.

2. You will get to drill-down on each visit to see how the visitor engaged with your content and what sections they spent time on

3. You can even capture the email of the person and see this information in your visitor log

2. Drill-down Page Level Analytics

For a deeper dive into your individual page's performance, Criya offers page-specific analytics. Here's how to access and interpret them:

  1. Navigate to a Specific Page: Within the Workspace section, click on the desired page you want to analyze.

  2. Locate the Analytics Icon: Look for the Analytics icon (it resembles a bar chart with upward trending lines) located within the page editor or toolbar. Click on this icon.

  3. Interpreting Page Analytics: Criya will display detailed analytics specific to the chosen page. This data may include:

    • Page Visits: Tracks the total number of times the specific page has been viewed.

    • Unique Visitors: Identifies the number and information of individual visitors who viewed the page.

    • Visitor Demographics (if applicable on your plan): Provides insights into your audience's demographics, such as location.

3. Space-level Overview Analytics

When you group assets and pages together inside a space, you will also see "Space-level analytics" on each of these spaces so you can get a deep analysis on all the engagement that has taken place for that customer.

Leveraging Analytics for Better Results:

  • Identify Hot Leads: Analyze which shared pages receive the most traffic and user engagement. This helps you understand what leads are resonating with your content and tailor your follow ups accordingly.

  • Improve User Experience: Use analytics to identify areas where visitors may be dropping off or facing navigation issues. This allows you to optimize user experience and website flow.

  • Track Campaign Effectiveness: If you're running marketing campaigns, use analytics to measure their success and identify areas for improvement.

Best Practices for Using Analytics

  • Review Analytics Regularly: Schedule regular time to analyze your page's performance to stay updated on user engagement trends.

  • Set Goals: Define clear goals for your page (e.g., increasing traffic, boosting conversions). Use analytics data to track progress towards these goals.

  • Compare Performance: Compare performance across different timeframes to identify growth trends or areas needing improvement.
