The most incredible part of working in a team, is collaborating!

With CRIYA for TEAMS, you can share your content - from individual pages and assets to complete spaces with your organization. You can allow your teammate to edit certain pages or only provide view-only access for any company relevant information such as Sales playbooks or internal product content.

For all TEAM plan members, your admin will first go ahead configure your team. If you are the admin, please connect with our implementation team to help you get setup.

Co-Edit a Page

1. Open the SHARE settings

2. Click on Collaborate

3. Choose the members on your team you want to provide EDIT access to

4. From the drop drown, select the access type "EDIT"

Get Notified when a Page is shared

When anyone shares a page for the first time with you, you will receive a notification in your email. Simply login to your account and navigate to the "Shared with me" section to find all pages and spaces shared with you.

What happens when two people try to edit at the same time?

Suppose your teammate is working on a page, you'll see that the page is locked and is currently being edited by your someone else. You can check back in when the page has been released, so as to prevent any edits from getting overwritten or lost.

Taking Control Back for a Page you OWN

Suppose your teammate is working on a page, you'll see that the page is locked and is currently being edited by your someone else. Since you are the OWNER of the file, you can take control back of your page. In this case, the last saved edits by the other team member will be saved and they will receive a notification that you have taken control back. They will then be redirected to their dashboard and you will be abel to get in to your page and make edits.

How to see the pages shared with you?

Simply navigate to your "Shared with me" space.

All shared files are view-able within the app as a logged in user.

Depending on whether a page has PUBLIC, PRIVATE or PROTECTED public settings you'll be able to additionally see

the public URL for this site for sharing it externally.
