How to Pause or Cancel my Criya membership?


A. We offer ample trial period for you to try the platform. 

You have two options:


- PAUSE MEMBERSHIP - In case you wish to take a break (vacation, maternity leave etc) and choose to return to the platform after a certain period, you can choose to Pause the membership. You will not be charged while your membership is paused and you will not lose any of your data. Your profile will be kept hidden until you resume.


Simply login to your app > Settings > Subscription > Pause Subscription.

You can pause for 30 days or indefinitely!

Once your subscription has been paused, you will not be charged anymore.

You can resume by simply clicking the "Resume subscription" button on the same page.






You will not be refunded any prior charges. However, we will ensure you are not charged going forward after the cancellation request has been submitted.




Can I get a Refund? I forgot to cancel my Criya membership.


We do not offer refunds or reverse payments after the trial period. Here's why:

1. Every user clicks on the "Start 30 day trial" - which clearly indicates the cost of the platform, as they choose their subscription plan (monthly or annual).


2. Not just that, you are then redirected to Stripe - where you were asked to input your payment information, that also clearly indicates the amount due & date when you will be charged


3. After that, your subscription dashboard clearly indicates how many days you have left on your trial as well as amount due when the trial will expire


4. You can Pause subscription at any time. If you wish to switch from annual to monthly, many of our users have done this successfully - simply file a ticket and our team will respond with the confirmation within 24 hours.

We would love to help you in any way possible, but our payments cannot be reversed once the full 30 day trial period has passed.




Can I switch from Monthly to Annual plan?


Yes! Simply file a support ticket and you will be switched from the monthly to the Annual plan from the following billing cycle.



Can I switch from Annual to Monthly plan?


As long as you are within the Trial period, you can switch from the Annual to monthly. If you have already been billed the annual amount, you are not eligible to switch to a monthly or request a refund (as described above).
If you are eligible to switch from Annual to Monthly while within the trial period, simply file a support ticket and you will be switched from o the monthly plan from the following billing cycle.
