A simple "Cancel Appointment" button in your appointments log lets clients quickly and easily cancel upcoming commitments. Life happens - schedules change. Rather than rescheduling 1:1, a cancel button allows you to:

• Free up your calendar with one click
• Notify your customer immediately so they can find and rearrange their plans
• Avoid last-minute rescheduling hassles and confusion

How it works:

You can click on Appointments from the options listed on the left side of your Criya site, once you log in:

And, once you open the upcoming appointments, you would see the screen below:

Click on 'CANCEL' for the appointment you want to select.

• The customer receives an automated email notifying them the appointment has been cancelled.
• The appointment is removed from both the expert and customer's calendars
• The time slot is released, reopening it for the expert to book new appointments


For experts with a busy schedule, the last thing you want is to create hassle for customers - especially last minute. An easy cancellation button allows you to free up your calendar in seconds, informing customers promptly so they can find an alternative expert with minimal disruption.
