Customize your checkout forms

You have the ability to collect more information about your new client, when placing an order.

You can ask customize this for each individual product. With the help of the checkout form, you can add as many questions as you want for those who want to book an appointment or purchase your product. 

This information is input by the client during checkout (as seen below) and is stored in the Order details.


This customization is available for every individual Appointment, Group Session, Services Digital Goods-type product, Video Course, Build a Waitlist hosted on your Criya site, and will be expanded to other products that require this functionality in the future.





Add / Edit / Delete/Download Questions

This feature can be access the customization option under the advanced settings while creating a new product or customizing an existing product.



You can add a complete form per product. 

1. Add or Edit a Product 

2. Save and go to :Advanced Settings"

3. Click ‘Add New Question’ to get started with adding a new question.





To view the answers provided

1. Go to Income

2. Click on Income and Select All Orders
3. Go to Order Stats 

4. Scroll down to see "Client Details"

All the details provided by your clients will be available under the Client Details section while looking up the respective order.
