How to Create a Subscription

The subscription product allows you to take recurring payments for your course, bundle, or membership, via Stripe. Subscriptions can be billed monthly, weekly, or annually, with the user's billing date coinciding with their subscription purchase day.

To create your own Subscription, follow the steps below:

Step 1: To start off, go to the “Digital You” and click on “My Products” in our dashboard.

Step 2: From here click “Add New" and select “Recurring Payments”.



Step 3: In the product overview, you can upload the image and type the title of the product. Then add the Subscription to any of the segments that you have created and set its visibility.



Step 4: Once that is done, you have the option to include the contents of your Subscription and establish its pricing for Weekly, Monthly, or Annually. The duration of payment can be set as forever or limited to a maximum of 12 cycles.








Step 5: You can include information clarifying which individuals can make use of the subscription and generate a set of frequently asked questions pertaining to this particular product. Upon completion, kindly select the Save and Continue button to establish a Subscription.



Step 6: In the advanced settings, you can add any question for the “Checkout Form” and “Thank you Email” for those who purchase your subscription.




To view the number of subscribers, simply navigate to the Income tab and select Recurring payment.




To terminate a subscription, kindly access the product and opt for the Cancel Subscription option. Once you click on "Proceed," your Order details will be automatically copied to the clipboard. You can easily paste these details into the support ticket and submit it accordingly. The customer’s subscription will be canceled within 24  hours.
