How to Pause or Cancel my membership?

Block Availability

Q. Want to block off certain days in your calendar? 

Q. "is there a feature to block off some time on the calendar so that, that time doesn't get booked"


A. Simply create an all-day event (or an Out of Office event) in your integrated Google Calendar and Criya will automatically block off those days!



Reschedule appointments

Q. Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Only you can edit or cancel appointments. 

A. Send the attendee an email saying you want to have a conflict come up (or automate this process with our customizable workflows), and send your link again so they can reschedule. Then go to your Appointments tab - and click the CANCEL button to remove it from both your calendars.

Q. Size and format of Hero Image 

Q. Want to make your image fit perfectly on you product page - both desktop and mobile? 

A. All images need to be SQUARE and Under 1MB, so ensure it renders perfectly on both desktop and mobile.

This ensures the page loads fast and is search engine friendly.



When I try to integrate my Google calendar, the wheel keeps spinning

Q. Having trouble connecting your Google calendar?

Q. "I am trying to integrate google calendar with my criya site, and I am on the Home > Settings > Integration page. Clicking on "connect" button against Google Calendar leads to loading animation that does not result in page loading"



A. This means you didn't sign in with Google!

Simply Sign out and then Sign in with Google.

Select the "Google calendar" checkbox while signing in.

That should fix the issue!



Booking count on your site 

Q. When does the “# of bookings” stat appear?


A. The booking count starts to show after you get 5 orders


Q. What is the difference between a review and a testimonial? 

Testimonials and reviews serve distinct purposes. The testimonial allows you to have complete control over the information showcased on your website. To facilitate this, clients are instructed via email to send their feedback directly to the creator, independent of Criya. By doing so, you can assess and incorporate the testimonials onto your site. Attached is an example of the email sent on your name, giving you the opportunity to review, personalize and add it as a testimonial if desired. 



How do I integrate Zoom for my Group Session?

Q. I created a group session but I wanted to do this via zoom - How can I set this up? 


A. Super easy!

  • When you clicked “SAVE” you should see the Google invite created in your Calendar with a Google meets link.
  • Go ahead and replace it with a Zoom link - that’s it!
  • All invitees will automatically receive the invitation with the Zoom link.

    That said, Zoom integration is underway  and will be live soon as we get the Approval so you won’t have to do this manually.

Setting multiple availability windows

Q. The availability slots are greyed out. 

Q. How does one set availability for evenings? these are greyed out


Set the End time first, and then the start time opens up.
