Emailing my Group Session Attendees

How to View & Email all my Attendees

Often times you may wish to email all attendees with specific details. To do so, you need to add all attendees into a single Contact segment.
Simply go to Advanced Settings > Audience Segment > Add attendees to a segment.

This will help you organize everytime someone books this product, and easily email them in the future.


Send Emails to your Attendees (in the Contact Segment)


Now that you have setup your contact segment, as enrollments come in - they will start to get listed in your chosen segment.


To email them, go to EMAILS > CREATE NEW >


You can now send mass email to your entire contact list!!! Not just that, you can customize the email to have their 

{{first name}}, {{last name}} and {{My name}} parameters so each email is personalized.


After composing an email, once you click Next, you have 2 options:

1. You can either save it as a template - so you can reuse it across multiple products

2. You can send a Mass Email to a list of recipients (via a contact segment)






Tracking Enrollments


As the enrollments begin, you can track every enrollment in the GROUP SESSIONS tab.


Go to Appointments > Group Sessions > “Name of your group session” > Click to open


You can click “VIEW” to go back to the product
