Group sessions are a great way to offer LIVE classes, Webinars, Workshops or AMA!

Group sessions can be a Single (one-off) event or an Event Series!

Creating & Editing Group Sessions

Start in the “My Products” tab and click “Add New”. Here, you’ll see a new option to create group sessions. 

Add in your product title, a thumbnail, and a description so attendees know what to expect! 

Set the title, duratiuon, and the date & time for each session


Be sure your Google Calendar is fully integrated. As soon as you click “SAVE”, Criya creates the Google meets video conference event on your Google Calendar.


Price, participant limit and timing can’t be edited after you publish the event so be sure to double check!

How to View & Email all my Attendees

ADVANCED SETTINGS : EMAILING & ORGANIZING ATTENDEES

Often times you may wish to email all attendees with specific details. To do so, you need to add all attendees into a single Contact segment.
Simply go to Advanced Settings > Audience Segment > Add attendees to a segment.

This will help you organize everytime someone books this product, and easily email them in the future.


On Your Site


Once you’ve published your group session, it’ll be live on your site! 

Once you hit the total participant limit, the Enrollment closes and no one is able to register.


The countdown updates automatically to prompt viewers to register.



Tracking Enrollments


As the enrollments begin, you can track every enrollment in the GROUP SESSIONS tab.


Go to Appointments > Group Sessions > “Name of your group session” > Click to open


You can click “VIEW” to go back to the product




Every time someone enrolls, they will receive a confirmation email for their enrollment as well as a calendar invite for the event. You will also receive a confirmation email with every enrollment.

Every single enrollment is tracked so you can separate attendees by each event. 


You can delete a Group session by deleting the product from your Products list. However, if you have even a single enrollment, the session entry will remain as it is the record of an event in time (even if you’re only testing).




How do I duplicate Group Sessions?


Duplicating Group sessions is not advisable. When you create a group session (with one or a series of events), it triggers a complex workflow that automates creating the events on your calendar, hence we prevent duplication as it will result in conflicts.

Instead, the recommended approach is to create a new session if you desire to organize the same event at a different time.


What if I have a cancellation - how do I open up the enrollments?


If someone chooses to drop out, you can simply go to your Group session, and remove the attendee from the list.

- Open Appointments > Group Sessions > Open session > 

- Click the Delete button next to the attendee to remove them from the session

- REFRESH to see the updated list


NOTE: If you were at full capacity (which means your ENROLLMENT WAS CLOSED), deleting an attendee from the list will open up the enrollment window again!
