Creating a Criya Subdomain (Free with Basic Package)

• Navigate to the "Domain URL" section at the top of your screen.
• This section allows you to personalize your domain name using the Criya subdomain format (e.g., yourname.criya.ai).

Note: The free Basic Package includes a Criya subdomain. For a custom domain name, consider upgrading to the Criya Premium Package.

FOR TEAMS / ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS - 

Your admin will automatically configure this with your company's chosen publishing domain.

Please contact us if you need help with setting up your company's domain settings.

Connecting an Existing Domain Name (Premium Package)

• Click the "Domain URL" section and select the “Link Domain” Button

• A pop-up window will appear, guiding you through the process of connecting your existing domain name.

• Follow the step-by-step instructions to link your domain registrar account and point your domain name to your Criya website.

Here's a detailed breakdown of the steps to connect your domain name:

• Log in to your domain registrar account (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains).

• Locate the domain you want to connect to your Criya website (e.g., example.com).

• Navigate to the DNS settings for your chosen domain.

• Add a new "A Record."

  • Enter "@" for the "Host" field.

  • Enter "178.128.135.92" for the "Value" field.

• (Optional) To connect "www.example.com" to your Criya website, add another record:

  • Enter "www" for the "Host"

Allow 30 minutes for the newly created DNS records to take effect.

• Verify that your domain name successfully points to your Criya website by testing it in a web browser.
