Testimonials are a great way for you to showcase some of the people who have worked with you and build trust with potential leads.
Editing Testimonials
1. Edit Your Profile
To get started, log in to the Criya app and navigate to “My Site”. Click on the pencil icon to edit your profile and scroll to the testimonials section.
2. Add Recommender
Add your recommender. While it’s totally optional, we recommend adding their title to help build credibility.
3. Add Your Testimonial
Add your testimonial- feel free to clip or bold the most relevant parts to highlight them!
How can I request a testimonial?
Criya will automatically send emails to your clients 12 hours after the event, asking for their testimonial. We kindly urge you to inform your client about this upcoming email and advise them to check their inbox for it in order to provide their testimonial.
What is the difference between a review and a testimonial?
Testimonials and reviews serve distinct purposes. The testimonial allows you to have complete control over the information showcased on your website. To facilitate this, clients are instructed via email to send their feedback directly to the creator, independent of Criya. By doing so, you can assess and incorporate the testimonials onto your site. Attached is an example of the email sent on your name, giving you the opportunity to review, personalize and add it as a testimonial if desired.
